1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 3patti platform — whether through the website at https://3patti.bid or through the 3patti mobile application — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 3patti.

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. In practice, 3patti accounts are personal and non-transferable, so this situation should not arise. Each player must register and manage their own account.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the 3patti Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 3patti. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 3patti platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on the 3patti platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your 3patti account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3patti login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. KYC Verification

3patti may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. 4 Deposits and Payments

3patti accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other local payment methods available in Bangladesh. The full list of accepted payment methods is displayed on the Payment page of the platform. Accepted methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 3patti account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider, which is typically within seconds for mobile money transfers.
• 3patti does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 3patti are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and applies to all players.

Processing Times

3patti aims to process withdrawal requests within minutes for most local payment methods during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, during system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.

• Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that have not been withdrawn before the expiry date will be removed from your account.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the 3patti platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous results, bet sizes, and player identity. The RNG used by 3patti is regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors.

Return to Player (RTP)

3patti publishes the theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all games. RTP represents the expected percentage of wagered money that a game will return to players over a large number of rounds. It is a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, 3patti reserves the right to void any bets affected by the malfunction. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3patti platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other form of financial fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the 3patti platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose.
• Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity or payment details.

3patti monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, 3patti may freeze the account pending investigation without prior notice. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any refund of deposits or return of forfeited balances.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension and Closure

3patti reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. 3patti will attempt to notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account balances are held securely and remain accessible to the account holder upon reactivation, subject to identity verification.

Voluntary Closure

You may close your 3patti account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification, provided there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending investigations.

11 Privacy and Data

3patti collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on 3patti, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

3patti reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For significant changes, 3patti will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 3patti platform after any changes to these terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
